Description
As a Guest Relations Officer, you will be one of the first point of contacts for all of our guest. You will be responsible for:
Welcoming guests in a friendly, prompt, and professional manner.
Registering guests, issue room keys, provide information on hotel services and room location.
Communicate any outstanding guest requests or issues to management that may require additional monitoring or follow-up
Upselling of rooms
Tallying of daily cash floats
Any other duties assigned by the front office manager
Requirements
GCE 'N' Levels or equivalent
Able to work on a shift basis
Those with experience in Opera Platform will be preferred
Those with more experience may be considered as a Guest Services Executive.
