Description
The Guest Services Attendant is an integral part of the Guest Services Team whose main objective is to ensure our guests are well looked after from the start. As the first and last impression of the Hotel, this high profile department carries a special responsibility. The Guest Services Attendant is stationed at the driveway and greets each guest by name upon arrival and departure. The Guest Services Attendant transports luggage to the guest room for arrivals and transports luggage for departing guests to the hotel entrance or into temporary storage. The Guest Services Attendant also provides arriving guests with a hotel orientation. This position is on a rotating shift basis, including overnight shifts and On-job training will be provided. We are looking for individuals with warm welcoming smile, a positive attitude and be knowledgeable about the local area.Â
Job Requirements :Â
Able to work on rotating shifts including weekends and public holiday.
Pleasant disposition with good interpersonal skills.
Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
