Description
As a Public Area Attendant you will be responsible :
Train in all areas concerning Housekeeping (Rooms, Public Area, Laundry Linen and Flower shop) with program list over a period of 12 months.Â
Promote and recognize opportunities to provide guest service above and beyond all expectations.Â
Monitor correct handling of all guest requests.Â
Ensure that cleanliness and service standards are maintained in all areas of responsibility.Â
Work closely with the Engineering by reporting all work orders as soon as possible.Â
Monitor and maintain a safe environment for all employees.Â
Complete all required forms (room status, discrepancy, late check outs, employee competencies and reviews, lateness and absenteeism daily.Â
Maintain correct inventories of all OS&E items.Â
Complete all special projects in a timely manner.Â
Be an active team player with a hands-on approach when manpower is in shortage.
